A company built by a driver
Why Titan
Lonnie Ridenbaugh started out driving an oilfield truck. He knows what it's like to sit in a yard waiting on a dispatcher who won't pick up, to run a truck that should have been in the shop, and to wonder if your check is going to be right. He built Titan so his drivers wouldn't have to deal with that.
When you drive here, you're part of the crew that keeps eastern Ohio's oilfields, job sites, and farms moving, and you'll be treated that way.
Late-model Peterbilts, including 389s, with purpose-built tank, dump, and livestock trailers. Our own fleet team handles parts and repairs, so problems get fixed fast.
Seven yards across eastern Ohio, with East Canton opening soon. That means a shorter drive to work and more time at home.
Day and night shifts. Titan Oil runs two set 12-hour shifts, so you know your schedule. Four divisions keep the work coming year-round.
Motive GPS and camera systems on our trucks. When another driver causes a wreck, the video protects you.
Lonnie went from driver to dispatcher to business development in his first year. We promote from the cab into trainer, lead driver, dispatch, safety, and operations roles.
Pay depends on the division and yard. Call us or put in an application and we'll go over the numbers for the job you're after.
